Health is a composition of choices.

Throughout her nutrition career, Audrey recognized a common trend across her clients—the limiting belief that one specific thing, whether it be a food, tool, or fad diet, would make or break their health. Composition Nutrition is grounded in the knowledge that our health is a composition of choices we make over the span of days, weeks, months, and years—including what we eat. With so many components that support our success, Audrey aims to help her clients understand their nutrition and make sustainable changes that add value to their lives.

Audrey Clement is a performance and wellness dietitian. She earned an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Auburn University and went on to complete her dietetic internship at The Ohio State University.

Despite being raised around athletes, Audrey never considered herself to be one—because of this, she didn’t fuel her body for sport or for life. Today, Audrey takes a muscle-forward approach to nutrition and training that has changed not only her life, but the lives of her clients, too.

Before opening her own practice, Audrey worked as the sole dietitian at a primary care office and performance center where she gained experience in sports nutrition, hormone health, metabolic disease, and healthy aging. Audrey has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, including the Columbus Fury, a professional women’s volleyball team.
